Yes! All of our hosts and guides speak excellent English!
Yes! All our classes are beginner-friendly. Glow Up is a space for exploration, not performance — you’re welcome exactly as you are.
Lady Latina focuses on sensual Latin-inspired movement and feminine expression. It is based on ballroom dancing.
ConfiDance blends heels and social dance elements with mindfulness and inner connection.
Try both and see what resonates!
Wear something comfortable that makes you feel confident and free to move. For ConfiDance in heels, we recommend stable, comfortable dance heels — but flat shoes or socks are also fine. For Lady Latina you are welcome in ballroom dancing shoes, jazz shoes or just any socks!
